Threat Interactive is overhauling its graphics pipeline to overcome limitations in anti-aliasing and deliver sharper, more realistic visuals without compromising performance.

While Unreal Engine 5’s built-in anti-aliasing can cause jagged edges and impact frame rates, Threat Interactive is pioneering a more advanced and efficient rendering approach that tackles challenges still unaddressed by Epic Games.

To realize this vision, the studio is seeking $900,000 in funding to assemble a dedicated team of graphics and engine specialists. With a working prototype and a comprehensive development roadmap already in place, the project is ready to move into full production.

If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of real-time rendering, consider supporting the effort. Learn more or contribute here: https://threatinteractive.wordpress.com/support-funding/

Your support could help shape the next evolution of Unreal Engine.

PEE’s “deep changes” are just the surface compared to what Kevin’s calling out the stuff Epic ignores because it hurts their bottom line. Widely used or not, a patch doesn’t mean the core problems are gone. Kevin’s approach is about exposing and tackling the root causes, not just putting a shiny bandage on the engine.

Now you are just lying. PEE and JEET are both superior solutions to anything Kevin could come up with. Please explain the difference between them and Kevin's so called solution.

I’d love to see if this also improves temporal aliasing artifacts and ghosting. Those have been a pain for me.

Calling them “superior” doesn’t make it true just because they exist. PEE and JEET patch problems within Epic’s broken framework Kevin’s pointing out that the framework itself is flawed. His approach isn’t about duct taping UE into shape it’s about ripping out the rot Epic pretends isn’t there. That’s the difference.

Crying to jannies because you can’t handle a thread says more about you than the post. Stay mad while it stays up and people keep talking about what you’re too scared to face.

I’ve suffered with UE5’s AA flaws firsthand. Can’t wait to see this overhaul in action.

I’m interested in seeing performance benchmarks once this new pipeline is live. Sharp visuals are great, but only if fps stays stable.

Congrats on masking trash performance with upscaling and calling it a fix You're not solving the problem you're just pretending it doesn't exist. Enjoy your illusion while the engine still stutters and breaks under pressure.

Reworking the framework doesn’t mean fixing the core design flaws JEET still plays by Epic’s rules just with extra duct tape Kevin’s calling out the stuff JEET papers over not because it’s bad effort but because it’s not enough if you actually want a clean break from the rot.

>Congrats on masking trash performance with upscaling
The problems of TAA are not performance, they're image quality.
>You're not solving the problem
But I am. It keeps existing for people who use TAA or other outdated rendering modes, not me.
>Enjoy your illusion while the engine still stutters and breaks under pressure.
TAA's issues are image quality related, not performance related.

I think you should update your ChatGPT version because it's getting some things wrong, primarily its mistake that TAA is related to poor performance rather than shit image quality.

TAA’s main flaw is image quality sure but pretending it exists in a vacuum is cope. The whole point is that Epic slapped it on as a default to hide deeper problems like poor motion handling ghosting and yes sometimes janky frame pacing that does affect perceived performance. And congrats on side stepping the real issue you're still propping up a broken system with duct tape and acting like it's innovation. Also nice try blaming ChatGPT when you're just mad someone’s calling out your comfy workaround.

TAA does not hide bad frame pacing. And poor motion handling / ghosting is something TAA brings, not something it covers up.
Again, I think you should update your ChatGPT version because it's mixing some terms up.
