Do you enjoy Sokoban? Like REALLY enjoy Sokoban? If not then steer clear because the game is 95% Sokoban with small snippets of story and lore throughout.
However if you do enjoy it then I must recommend it, it's one of the best pure puzzle games released this decade and actually has some really heart wrenching moments in the story.

As for Void Stranger, the game was alright but no amount of deep storytelling is going to make me enjoy doing Sokoban puzzles for the fifth time. It had some neat moments where you realized some meta shit like UI manipulation, but it just felt completely unfun to figure things out. It's like this game was meant to be consumed through some fag's youtube video because if you try to figure something out yourself and fuck up you're punished to another fucking hour of the same boring Sokoban puzzles.

At the end of the first act of the game, MC has to make a choice between saving two souls from the Void. One of them is a princess, the person MC has helped raise since childhood as more or less her replacement mom, and saving whom is the entire reason MC's venturing deep into the Void in the first place. The other soul is the princess's unborn child, who is most likely the result of her being raped by a different character off-screen.
