With Microsoft eventually dropping out of the console market after failing to take second place from Sony will someone else try to join in like a Samsung or Tencent?

I mean... considering xbox is willing people play on steam, it wouldn't be too out of ordinary to somehow steam enter it of all people. And considering steam already has some experience with making and distributing steam decks It would not surprise me if steam somehow started making real gaming consoles; especially considering that people do want that and there is soon to be large space in the market for it.
