160 hours in, im at the part where you have to go back to mexico and i managed to find the last two shelters. i have a handful of settlements that isnt 5 starred yet but i think the game is pushing me to continue with the story since i didnt really receive the rewards from mr. impossible even though ive unlocked it already.
