Actually makes sense. It's been a minute since I played Bully, but IIRC it's the Halloween mission after this and maybe 1-2 more before he lures you into the fight with Russell. You can argue he was always planning to throw Jimmy under the bus (which is likely), but he definitely got pissed for being called boring. Not necessarily too late, I don't know what a RDR3 could even contain considering they've done roughly the same region and era. They could only go even further backwards by a few decades just after the Civil War. So after GTA6 next year, it wouldn't surprise me if we got something that was a smaller project that wouldn't take as long as RDR3. Which Bully 2 would fit pretty well.
