Well for one, let's just get this out of the way. These games are a measurement of skill. They're poorly designed Megaman X clones with bad enemy placement and level design. Nothing about them encourages skill. Grinding the same level over and over until you've engrained it into memory isn't a skill, it doesn't even transfer into the next level because all you've done is memorize the jank ass enemy placement of that level to avoid getting hit but when you're onto the next level, it's a different set of unreactable bullshit coming at you from off screen. Now thankfully, you don't need to no damage it for the S rank but you damn well need to get close to it. Now onto the main topic. If you're punished for using an "option" then it simply isn't an option, retard.
