Have you seen the modern state of companies? If your employees are destroying your all-important relationship with the customer, you should shit on them. At a bare minimum, shit on their horrible work. But you really shouldn't have hired them in the first place. It's rude to the customers to demand that they keep supporting horrible products because you don't want to rock the boat by holding customers accountable and educating investors.
