Honestly the only problem of the later difficulties is just having the right units. Feels as if you're a new player you're pretty boned unless you lucked out on either Satsuki or Hibiki
That said if you've got either, you can get Karin for free and borrow the other one, so I think from there you're good. You've got enough movement tech with just two and one stars to clear the freezing mechanic, so really it's just a matter of having those 3 units to deliver enough damage over the course of 3 teams.
