I enjoyed Ultrakill when it was a simpler game, earlier in development.
Now playing it feels like juggling 20 spinning plates between the swappable arms, a million different weapons with secondary fire modes, grappling hooks, gimmick enemies, railgun cooldowns on top of all the movement tech, shit's exhausting and annoying. Sometimes less is more.

If you dont want it to be more then simply dont, you can stick to the basics and beat the whole game like that. you can even unequip shit you dont like

theres only 2 arms to swap across, thats pretty much after the first 1 hour of the game. if you want you can set a different keybind for each, or just use one all the time
