i think pretty much all third world country militaries have transitioned into a 4chan troll farm based defense strategy by now.
basically whenever something in their country blows up, and they can't afford to do provide medical care to the victims or chuck another mallbuster at a school to retaliate, they make up for it by spamming the catalog with interracial gay porn to show how based and trad they are compared to everyone else. it may not actually do much but damn does it feel good
