If you're just looking for the best shot through career, pick the one that gives the most stats. The blue/pink numbers that show up below your character on the setup screen
If you have the options, sta/pow sparks are good as they are harder stats to train than speed. so you can focus speed more and top up the others at inspirations/summer camp
try to use a guest legacy three times per day. refreshing the recommended friends list and sorting by sparks can get you 8/9 stars right away
