Cyberpunk can be run at 1440p native with a 5070 ti lol. Unless you're talking about path tracing, which is an experimental visual setting and you're not even supposed to run it natively.
MH Wilds is an inherently broken game and it has little to do with your GPU. It has a heavy CPU bottleneck and will stutter and shit itself no matter what.

DLSS is blurrier than native that doesn't have any antialiasing, but significantly more stable during motion. You need antialiasing for a visually acceptable game nowadays.
As for native with antialiasing (usually TAA), DLSS isn't any blurrier at this point. In fact DLSS4 is clearer during motion than standard antialiasing.

A 5070 is like $600, my 4070 ti super which is pretty much the same card can run CP2077 at 1440p without DLSS, not that I'd want to, man I am mad as fuck about buying that game, never again will i buy a game from poland. Firstly, MonHun Wilds is a technologically broken game. Every upscaler looks like shit there, and the success of upscalers varies on a game per game basis. Upscalers also look awful no matter what you do in AC Shadows.
Secondly, that's a flawed comparison. Firstly you don't specify which DLSS preset that is or show the settings, secondly you're comparing a DLSS mode of 1440p to "native 1440p with 150% actual upscale" which actually you're comparing it to DSR (or supersampling as it was originally called.)
I don't think anyone disputes that supersampling produces better visuals than upscalers, it's a no brainer. However from a performance aspect it is a highly inefficient rendering mode, while DLSS (and FSR4) is currently the best ratio of FPS-to-visuals there currently is.
