They are really difficult to compare. You don't feel MDMA hangover like you 'feel' alcohol hangover. The morning after MDMA you feel rather motivated and happy but with a wrecked short term memory, mood then tends to go down after 2~ days then stabilize back to normal after about a week. I don't feel any hangover from molly unless I use it more than once a week, but the damage is mostly invisible and a lot worse than booze, you become slowly autistic over time and your memory fails
