Atelier Meruru and Lulua (Keina) and Atelier Shallie (some Escha outfits). Atelier games rarely have actual maids or maid outfits, those two games are pretty much your only choices.

Keina from Atelier Meruru is the only actual maid, but Ophelia from Atelier Ayesha is pretty close to a maid.
Some of the games have maid costumes for the protagonist. Atelier Totori is the only one I remembered, but the other anon mentioned Shallie does too apparently.

Like I said totori has a maid outfit. It's dlc which all comes included in the dx version so you should have it unlocked from the start.
