Keina from Atelier Meruru is the only actual maid, but Ophelia from Atelier Ayesha is pretty close to a maid.
Some of the games have maid costumes for the protagonist. Atelier Totori is the only one I remembered, but the other anon mentioned Shallie does too apparently.

Like I said totori has a maid outfit. It's dlc which all comes included in the dx version so you should have it unlocked from the start.
