FFTA didn't let you build up a hireling so it was super powerful, sacrifice it in battle, resurrect it as an Angel, then sacrifice it again to trap its soul in a sword imbued with its holy powers.
Then repeat the same thing with another character as a Lich.
Then your main is dual-wielding the powers of heaven and hell, in sword form. It was metal as fuck.
