There's no other game with this much moves and combos.

DMC's command based combo structure and universal mechanics allow for near endless unique combos to be created by combining moves and mechanics in whichever way you want through various cancels and movements.
Ninja Gaiden has a larger combo list in the menu.

DMC is not a dial a combo game.
You can also do unique chains in NG outside of the ones you dial in by using shuriken cancels and other kinds of movements.

As one improves with the mechanics and controls of the game the variety of combinations open up tremendously.
I think only DMC4 Nero and V in DMC5 has a small movelist. Also DMC1 of course but that's a pretty different game from 3, 4 and 5. 2 as well but that game sucks donkey balls.
