This game was fun for a while as a newcomer but it's stagnant and boring now. I've done all the old content I'm interested in and they don't release new stuff anywhere near fast enough to hold my attention because they refuse to provide the game with the development resources that it requires.

Yes we do. Budget. If SE execs see that numbers are declining then they have no reason to put more budget into the game. In their eyes, peak engagement has already happened and there's no reason to invest any more. Which means less for those of us still playing.
