I honestly feel sorry for the one anon on this board that seems to really like this game and always makes threads on it.
It was a premium game that tanked so hard they turned it into a f2p and made it pretty gross. Purely racing wise its pretty simple kind of being a MK like hybrid except character have set moves and a signature ability.
However the gacha elements make it abysmal with character having a literal level that defines their stats like speed. Stuff beyond say 10+ levels no matter how skilled you are you just can't catch up. Characters need to be paid for and the shop rotates so if you want a certain character and they're not in the shop at the moment you'll need to roll and it'll cost a fortune. Plus you need dupes get better stats too as some level thresholds needs dupes.
They do mini in game competitions for certain rewards so I imagine OP is complaining about one of those only allowing 10 winners.
What I hate most though is every damn character only has racing skins. All of them just get skin tight racing suits. All these characters come from cool unique settings and have great outfits, all gone just skin suits.
