It's a puzzle game, it's just single purchase packs for more puzzles.
I don't know why $36 for what is claimed to be 1200 puzzles would be considered bad, I paid like 20 for 150 picross puzzles and had no issues. Though I did think this was Picross 3D pokemon edition for a second and am a little but upset it's not.
