Just shoot them with guns. Even if you can see the future you can't slow time down to see bullets in flight so you can't avoid them. Even if you could, they could shoot enough bullets to overwhelm your ability to dodge.
Another option is something I got from a book. For simplicity I'll use fake names. Punchman is fighting Futureman who can see the future. Punchman knows that Futureman will see his punch coming and move to dodge. But this will invalidate the future that Futureman saw which creates a blind spot. In the instant he starts dodging he changes the future and creates a new one he can't see yet. If Punchman can see the dodge and react to it quickly enough then Futureman's future vision won't be able to keep up.
