If you are able to, you can do the animation all by yourself or with a small group, then the models, if you 3D, you can usually learn to create with some software like iClone and Marvelous Designer, or just mix and max different assets to create your own "original" one then make something out of that first.
You can start with little, creating something more akin to a "concept" , or just a thing that can rake you in a lot more money initially or even a proper fanbase, and only after that try something more in-depth with proper "big standards".
