I don't think there's even that many shrimp in the world.
But regardless of that, I'm pretty sure wiping out all the shrimp on Earth would cause some extremely devastating chain reactions in the food chain that would probably result in the deaths of far more than just a single person, so I'm going to have to let that person die instead.
