aight. Your exp is 1:1 with AP. Obviously you don't want your natural AP regenration and your cafe reserves to top up so I just use them once in the morning and once at night(if you don't want to pat your students every 3 hours like I do).
also missions(non envent ones) can be speeded up by choosing the "simple" option when selecting them(but I think they don't give u all the pyrox or something) every 15 mission you get an update to your cafe AP production and reserves. You can do mission several level below their rec level IF you happen to have good units(a mix of AOE color type attack students missed with Singel Target EX for boss's squad.)

it's not immediately clear what his strategy should be other than DPS race and heal sustain. and his team likely doesn't have that much thought put into it at a strategic level other than "I like these students that I got for making an account" and is rolling with them.
only piss-off with hiero is that if you're the kind of player that is prioritizing the story, you're not progressing the other parts of the game and the sudden rugpull of having to use characters at the power level you've built them to is very sudden instead of something that could have been built up to, or the story providing characters of appropriate level for you to play as a sort of training wheels before truly letting you fly solo in the real raid bosses.

What's killing me in the hiero fight is that the nuns just resist half of my team comp that deals explosive. When I get around to it I'll just make sure I have 2 strikers of each type. I'm still pretty modest level, so I can't get my girls leveled that much.

Last time, I only had Ako + Himari and, worst of all, I did not have ANY on-field healers except Track Mari. Banners come back after a while, limited banners too.

In case you're coming from Mihoyo games, BA doesn't use pity, and instead uses the spark system. There's no 50/50, but chances of getting SSR randomly is much higher. However, your rolls don't carry over between banners, so generally you should only roll when you're ready to spend 200 rolls, because that's the threshold when you can guarantee yourself the pick of one of the featured banner characters.

Progress through the Main Story and Missions to unlock and upgrade your Cafe. Cafe generates energy daily, which lets you play the game, since most things cost energy.
Do whichever Event is currently on (the Veritas Camp event). And other periodic content like "raids" (Total and Global Assault), Joint Firing Drill, and Final Restriction Release.
Don't feel pressured to do the hardest difficulty, just do what you can comfortably do at your level. Just don't ignore the content. Progression in gacha games is a marathon not a sprint.

She's literally a premium Fuuka, which is kinda unfortunate. Special slots are always super valuable, so you usually can't slot her in even if you need reposition. In the off-chance that you do use a special reposition, you'll probably go for sShizuko, because shields are often a raid mechanic, whie healing is actually gimped. And to top it all off, she has the undortunate "4 targets" restriction, so you can't even use her in Set. The combination of all those factors just makes her almost unusable. With lunatic body-throwing i suppose it might work, but at that point you're considering every student you have anyway.

I'd say go for the dates. Valentine set has been in the game since day 1 and it's honestly nothing special. The valentince scenes are only available once a year (you can re-watch the ones you've unlocked at any time), come with some eleph and unique items the girls gift you. They're all one-time, so there are no yearly repeats and you can work towards getting them all.

Challenge 3 is doable if you have buffers like Ako, Himari, cHare, dAko, and oChinatsu and a decent healer, so you can buff Sumire and keep her alive while she beats the stage. Probably still impossible at your level, but who knows. The fact that you've completed all the regular farming quests is already admirable, so good job!
