Men don't exist to be slaves to women and children. Our hobbies are for our own enjoyment, not for society's betterment. If they have the side effect of making society a better place to live (like, for example, providing more outlets for men and boys to have fun; we do matter), then great.
Men have never lived the way that feminist pseudo-traditionalists propose, and that's no way to structure a society that men feel like defending and participating in. Give men their spaces back, including ownership over their hobbies, and throw the concept of HR into the dustbin of history where it belongs. That means repealing the Civil Rights Act and the rest of the commie workplace laws, BTW, which basically make HR a legal necessity.
