You just have to stretch a lot. Stretch until it hurts a little then hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10-15 times daily. You'll be surprised how flexible you become in a couple of months.

To be honest you just need to focus on your arm and neck flexibility as a gamer (male) and do some squats and push ups to keep a proper circulation of blood going when you are sitting down so you don't fuck yourself up.

To get leg to head height its actually pretty simple, knee raises, stretching against a wall, shiko squats from sumo (the one where you squat and then lift up your leg and stomp), also helps to do something like judo push ups for core control.
