i had this issue when i was really low on vitamin D like a decade ago. cleared up after i got my levels up. the body is like a car though in that some problem can be caused by multiple things.

some people get elbow pain because their hand closing muscles are strong but their hand opening muscles are super atrophied and you can improve this by using rubberbands for resistance opening your hand up. lots of stupid things can cause arm issues.

you can even get carpal tunnel from your wrist being bent weird at night. sometimes you can wear a brace for a week when you sleep to see if it fixes it.

Diablo is nothing.
The worst is multiplayer-FPS-faggotry

It's the reasons pros are washed up when they hit 30, not because reaction time or memes like that but because their hands are busted from wrist movement for 8 hours a day for decades.
The more you play the more your wrist suffer, especially high sense mouse settings.
FPSfaggotry is the most harmful interest to have both psychologically and physically.
Thankfully ,I've stopped before it was too late and now am a content casual

I have been gaming since the NES days, had a SNES, N64, GameCube and etc. I code so I do a lot of typing, I also play PC games with the keyboard and mouse. I have never had carpal tunnel ever. The only issue I ever had was squeezing the controller too hard during rocket league matches which slowly fucks up the joysticks and makes my finger joints a little sore.

Learn to move the mouse with your fingers and not your wrist, it's not hard at all.

I've been playing FPS since Doom and Quake. Played every major FPS till 2012. Bad Company 2 was the last good FPS. I have zero hand issues. I stopped playing FPS because they were some how going backwards in progress and getting slower which is just boring.

I also played a shit ton of RTS and CRPG games. Did a lot of 3d and 2d art as well with the mouse.

Stop using your wrist to move the mouse, that's the big secret to not having pain in your hands.

How do you sweep the cursor from left to right without using the wrist? Vertical movements are easy enough to do by just flexing the fingers, but large sideways movements are going to use the wrist (unless they are so large you can use your entire arm)

I used to have chronic wrist pain too and doing this magically fixed after a while. I simply could not believe it. I don't know why, maybe a very thick layer of soft cloth is enough?

There is flavanol chocolate that helps bring stem cells out of your bone marrow so it rapidly works on healing the body. It needs to be the expensive, specialty chocolate otherwise the flavanols are processed out. Also, eliminate any food in your diet that causes inflammation. Sugary food and fried food for example. A majority of you don't lift or do any hard work. So yout body atrophy.

Get pic related to start with. This is a good rehab tool, allows for bloodflow to rush through the damaged area, wrist.

Make sure to use arm rests that allow your shoulders to remain neutral and relaxed and to make the lower arm/elbow take the weight of the arm rather than wrist.
Lool for adjustable arm rests on amazon, they helped me the most.

Start lifting, focus on your posture first for longevity. Do not be a retard and do deadlifts.
Know that you will damage your body and that you need recovery through rest and diet. Only through this will you progress.

Make it a hobby, research, be enthusiastic upon improving yourself.

Why do people recommend deadlifts for beginners? Most of people, especially anons here, don't have strong enough muscles to do them correctly and probably will have fucked up form doing them which can even herniate someone's spine in worst case scenario
Also I prefer combo of nordic curls and reverse hypers

Its not for legs anon, not this time, just casual deadlifts to learn the form and improve the grip on the guitar, upright rows would be great as well alone for that for upper body work as well as basic curls. The issue the anon is having is with weak grip in uncomfortable position on the guitar which is the same grip you use for deadlift.

Roiders. Since deadlifting is a compound movement, and roids just makes every muscle in the body grow, it's an easy one go do.
But their muscles outgrow their tendons and joints, resulting in bad injuries.

You can do deadlifts once you have the overall strength and toughness to do it, this can mean years depending on your age and bodily health.

Tap water is pretty bad in most parts of Europe, you can do a test with bottled vs tap water, add some sugar to the bottom of the glass and see if it changes the taste or consistency, it should be like liquid and taste much sweeter if with the bottled water is natural instead of being janky and you can sort of feel the texture being off with the sugar included because it didn't blend in well enough. You know which water you should drink based on this level of quality.

You are dumb bro, its a simple fucking test. Sugar should mix and blend well just by filling the cup or glass with water, it shouldn't float in it. If it does, the floating is caused because the water has so much other shit in it can't liquidate that sugar like it should.

Its hard to explain but you can run the experiment yourself to get it. It might not mix in well but it does make the "dirty water" more "sweeter" thus making it taste more like regular water due to the other inconsistencies don't get brought to your taste buds because of the sugar sweetening the deal.

The only time I started getting consistent wrist pain was when I was playing World of Tanks a lot years ago and was finally getting to purple stats.
But 99.9% of the time I've never had that issue.
It helps also to do some exercise and get proper rest and recovery. You don't even have to weight lift or anything.
Just play things like basketball, tennis, and so on. Strengthen the arms and wrists and put good food in yourself and get some proper sleep.

If you're playing tournaments of whatever game or playing competitively or near-competitively with pros like I was doing for long hours at a time, then yeah without real exercise and rest, you might not have sufficient strength while overexposing it to the same movements.

I then pour the water in question into my asshole utilizing a funnel. not too much just a little bit. My body then "analyzes" it and i can just "sense" if the water is good or not. sometimes i can sense that its really bad so i quickly roll forward into a somersault and push it out. this has never failed me though. dont let it sit for more than 30 seconds or so if there is any bacteria in it you can absorb it through you ass.
