R Cards have bad stats but they still provide some decent skills.
They're just there to fill holes in your early game, like maybe you don't have any SR/SSR cards with Pace-Chaser skills, but you most likely have a R card for them.
Converting them into cleats does give you a few extra pulls for trainee/supports, but the best one to use early on is the SR ticket, it's only once per month but still worth doing it.
