the puzzle/hacking game mechanics in the middle of action combat seems kinda like mixing oil and water. Not sure how they're gonna pull it off, but hopefully they put out a demo or something so we can try it out

It's a test of multitasking under pressure.
You can still move and dodge whilst doing it and will no doubt have more variety and complexity as the game progresses.
I can see a lot of people getting filtered by not being able to think and dodge at the same time, or thinking they can just shoot everything and running out of ammo.
