You can lower the difficulty to learn her attacks without immediately dying, then reload your hard difficulty save file and finish the game properly.

This fight took me 3 hours to beat and then another hour when I went back to do the true version. It's fun as fuck and easily the best fight in the game so I never got bored for a minute. Learn the patterns OP, learn the proper timings for the Unbounded Counters, they really fuck her up. Most importantly, just play patiently and only talisman when she has the proper openings for it. Internal damage doesn't go away so there's no rush.
