The HD-2D Remake coming in a couple of months if you want to wait. It'll probably be the best way to get into it. But if that aesthetic isn't your thing, and I know it's not for a lot of people, then any of the currently available options are decent.You may want to give the Switch version a miss, because it does a weird thing where it mixes HD and 16-bit graphics.
