Playing at release completely blind, it was the best experience I ever had with a From game, but after coming back to it, it dropped a lot in my esteem. I only have a PC so:
Sekiro=DS1>>DS3>ER>DS2

Nope. I'd rather play Chaos Theory, FC2/3, AC1/2/B and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 than touch ER ever again.

There were a lot, and I mean a lot, of shit bosses, the copy paste is unforgivable, the story is the worst one yet, the last third is mostly bad and the open world is a joke outside of the vistas, but 7/10 of my favorite soulsborne bosses come from Elden Ring so I can't say that it's a shit game.

Almost every area in the game is great.
The only disappointing major dungeon is Castle Redmane.

I hope Dark Souls 4 will have what Elden Ring has but without all the open world bloat

I didn't really enjoy Liurnia as much. The loot in the side dungeons really wasn't worth the price of admission most of the time, and more than Limgrave you're just able to wander everywhere freely from the start.
Do a random catacombs in Limgrave, get a Spirit Ash that will take care of you for the rest of the game. In Liurnia, other than the miner tunnels for Smithing Stones it just doesn't have the same cost/benefit.
