The "hardest" part will be getting that junior job at the start which admittely won't be that hard compared to other jobs honestly. Just make sure you can answer basic programming questions and can do technical interview tests (fucking HR makes those but it's the song and dance you need to do for those cunts).
Once you have your first job, the first year will be stressful since you'll be forced to pick up a lot of shit at once. After that it will be easy street. You will gain experience and you can pretty much apply anywhere no problem.
Age 32. Nobody in our field cares. Only HR or sales people care about that bullshit so they can gossip like a bunch of cunts. After a couple of years of experience, nobody's going to care at all that you were a 32+ year old junior.
