Always loved there was a strategy to it as you had to get hit by the magic to learn it so you always had to confuse or turn an enemy for healing spells/buffs

Strago had the 2nd best learning in all the games (Because Kimarhi's lancet means you don't even have to get hit by it, and you don't have to deal with quistis and quina's bullshit either), but most of his blue magic is pretty dogshit unless you're doing an innate skills-only run, in which case, you take what you can get.
