It's literally an adaption of the original anime in a VN format.
If it's your first time experiencing Madoka go watch the anime. It's an objectively better experience over the story mode in-game.
Likewise, for Oriko Magica, it's an adaption of the manga in a VN format. Either is fine, you may prefer reading it as a VN in-game or you may prefer reading the manga.
As for Magia Record, the Exedra adaptation of the mobile game story is objectively inferior over the original. It omits a bunch of story stuff, and is unvoiced. Though, it being unvoiced is likely because it adds unvoiced story content from Another Story and some events like Magical Halloween Theatre.
For the complete experience go watch the original story on Youtube. Or, I guess just play through the shortened/abridged version in Exedra if you don't particularly care that much.
Magia Record also has an anime, but it diverges heavily from the source material.
