as i said, obviously all those characters are a cartoony representations of humans, but the point is, those cartoony representations can be mapped onto actual real life features, and some have heavily defining characteristics of being of a particular race, when you combine all the heavily defining features that i mentioned of naruto, the only race which predominantly has all of those features, and even most of those features completely exlusivelly as their main ones, are europeans
