unironically just trace and make little notes here and there till you get used to it

>copy again with revised notes

If it helps, pretend you're an alien who's never seen a human before and draw it like you need to get it accurate. I'm serious, you'll make so much progress by just ignore what you normally think of things and base it off of reality and what you trace and made notes on

You might just be burnt out. Taking a break isn't hard at all. Just find your other hobby.
