When there was a controversy about troons he backed down. As a gesture he added the tranny super mutant to the ending slides. Originally it was just a side quest.

I've never replayed Fallout 3, like all other post-Oblivion Bethesda games.

I did play TTW but the balancing of it is fucked, so I quit halfway through the second game. Also in general in these you become uber powerful about 2/3rds of the way through so playing that much longer without challenge is just boring.
