After all the updates it's a high 7/10. In terms of mechanical polish, it's been updated and fixed so much that the horrendous launch feels like a fever dream, so that has no impact on my rating. What does is the simple fact that, outside of the main quest and two fantastic side quests (Sinnerman and Dream On), nearly every other quest was forgettable to the point I can barely recall any of them a year later.

Dream On was so good it was worth playing the entire game for, even if it only lasted like an hour. That was peak dystopian hellscape, man-made horrors that rival the shit in the Bible.

7/10. With a lot of enhancement and immersion mods, 8.5/10.
The dlc was pretty fun, aside from that horror section if you pick the wrong option.
