So, remind me again, why couldn't we have a classic Viktor skin be released alongside the updated one? They did it with Volibear when he got out. We got the standard cocaine thunder bear and, as a nice treat, we also got the original concept for the rework, lovecraftian murder bear with antlers and creepy eyes where they shouldn't be.
I would have much preferred the Arcane Viktor to be a high tier skin rather than the compromise it ended up being.

And also, the animations are really lacking in variety and quality. They really dropped the ball on champion quality over the last 2 years or so. For fucks sake, Mel and Ambessa have zero facial animations, their faces are just completely static. And Ambessa just fucking reuses Shyvana's animations too. It's shocking. Special animations like the ones for slows/knockups/mspeed buffs/attacks/ and so on are all missing from new champs. SHit old champs used to have. I'm sure the old LeBlanc with her very outdated model had better and more animations than the new one

Chances are the OG Base Viktor was the first they updated, but then the suits came in and told them that new thing makes money so fuck the original plan, and that's how we ended up with this hack job of an update.
