Nothing interesting happened under Biden and South Park’s release schedule was weird at the time. You can tell by the events they actually had- another Covid related set of specials, the streaming service specials, the Ozempic special, the woke one, even had an episode about the Russian war.

I wouldn't say it was when Tegrity Farms became a thing, but around when PC Principal appeared. He appeared when the town was starting to look hipper and more modern and was introduced as an antagonist to criticize the show itself, but he became so one-note he became boring, and his design doesn't fit with the rest of the town. South Park stopped being funny back in 2021 back when real life became more ridiculous and retarded than parody. Also they already did a Garrison Trump bit and that was funny.
