A few more character action games coming out this year I beat Stellar blade and the NG remaster I kinda want more. Nioh 3 as well obviously but PC probably will not get simu release.
>How is life
Miserable but could be worse. Things get easier as you age because you simply stop caring and realize you've seen all these situations before. I work, go home play games and sleep.
lol shouldn't you be raising kids at that age?
>What games are you playing?
WoW retail very casually, only a few hours on weekends
>What games are you looking foward to?
Battlefield 6 for my casual PVP fix
Some new good strategy game now that civilization 7 failed. Probably Europa Universallis 5 or Endless Legends 2.

I'm 33, married and with a very high paying job that I don't like. I'm trying to do more creative hobbies in my free time instead of only gaming... I've been playing piano, writing and reading a lot in the last 6 months or so. Still, I lack some greater project in life now that marriage and job are "solved" for me (I don't think we'll have kids)
>>716414450 (OP)Seriously, why are there so many old people here? I always assumed that most of the posters here would be between the ages of 18-21. I'm 19 and if I saw myself posting past the age of 21 I would kill myself, so I can't imagine all these guys in their mid 20s and 30s using this website and feeling okay about it.

Playing: Peak (with my son), CS2, Chronicles of the Wolf
Looking Forward: Mina the Hollower, I guess. The rest of 2025 isn't looking too great in terms of new games I am interested in.
Life: Doing great. I started the year with a back injury but I'm fully healed now and getting back into my full exercise routine again. The family will be visiting my parents this weekend for some fishing and a BBQ. The summer lull in activity at work has meant that I am fully caught up and I have several projects pre-planned for the fall. I convinced my wife to finally let me do a sexy photoshoot of her (I used to be a professional photographer) and the results were 10/10 and she is over the moon about them as she (and most women) really don't see themselves as attractive even when they are drop-dead gorgeous.
>>716415185This is one of the last bastions of the old internet. That means it comes with both the bad and the good but you eventually learn to sift through the shit to get to actual interesting stuff.

4chan is extremely shit, but still less shit than any other virtual space nowadays. It also depends on the board (/v is one of the worst btw)
>>716415482Unironically, all I ever did is just talk to women. That's it. I realize that on 4chan this is a large hurdle for the average doomer but I promise you it works. If you are 30+ then just chat up the middle aged / older ladies in your neighbourhood - they have sisters, daughters, friends, etc and they will talk to them about you. Or you can go straight for them directly if that is your thing.

Also my son's a bit sickish, which is sad and means me and wifey arent getting a lot of sleep.

I've struggled a long time with imposter syndrome type stuff and not seeing a point in trying when I'll fail, which really isn't healthy.

>>716426181Wonders 4 is great. Go pirate it
>>716427063Ok, time for really real advice - this is the thread for it.
You can't anticipate what any given woman will want. They don't like or enjoy things the same way that men do. Women fixate on things. HARD. These fixations can be anything you can think of, but once they have one they will not let it go and they will dive in full bore.
Why is this important, you ask? Well, it applies to their tastes in men, too. And again, these fixations can be anything? They wake up one morning and decide that bald men are their type? Then you had better believe that is all they are swiping right on for weeks on end. It doesn't even matter what other traits any of these bald men have, they will go all-in just for the bald. Surely you understand "bad boy" syndrome, right? It is the same thing, and it can happen to anything that triggers the fixation.
The point is this: There are women right now how are hyper-fixated on something about you or something you have. It doesn't matter how bottom dwelling you think you are, you have something that a woman is currently going absolutely fucking NUTS for. The only way to put yourself in front of them is doing just that - you need to talk to and meet women. Other women are very aware of what their fiends / peers are currently into so putting yourself out there is where you as a man start.
All of those "I have no idea how I landed such a beautiful woman" you hear about? Its this fixation effect. Women just enjoy things very different.
>>716430157I wish I could still delude myself into believing this after more than a decade of constant failure.
>>716415185>I'm 19 and if I saw myself posting past the age of 21better get your dad's pistol out of the safe now, boy. You're not gonna like where you'll be in 10 years time.
>>716430157I think simply meeting women to even date is the biggest hurdle for most guys
>>716430459I mean, yes - but I'm always shocked at the amount of men that devalue themselves when it runs contrary to how women select their partners.
>>716415185We weren't kidding when we said "Once you're here, you're here forever". I'm fucking 39 man. I've been lurking/posting here since '08. I've been on this god forsaken shithole for so long.
Anyway, I've been playing Tekken 8. Think I might replay REmake HD or RE6 again.
>>716431295>RE6Banger, love 6
>>716430745Evidently most men would rather assume that they are unlovable than accept the reality that they have virtually no control over what women find desirable at any given moment.
It's kinda like the same thing as with conspiracies. The idea that bad things happen randomly is worse for them to believe than bad things happening because of structured malice.
>>716431451I enjoyed 6 a lot too. Played it on 360, but now that I'm on PC, I'd like to see it in its full glory. I wonder if anyone is even online on it anymore to do Co-Op or the intersecting co-op parts.
>>716431556People mostly go for mercs and the vs game modes. Not sure how active it still is. Love the combat system
>>716427156 Already did, anon. FitGirl came through clutch again. Game runs smooth and the factions feel way less janky than Planetfall. Only issue is the AI still acts like itโs got brainworms sometimes-tried to declare war on me while I had three full stacks on their border. But yeah, solid pickup. Worth pirating before you consider dropping the cash.

>>716414450 (OP)35 mostly playing Marvel Rivals drunk after work it's pretty nice. Waiting for Ninja Gaiden 4, might be good. Also waiting for Project Zomboid build 42 to stabilize so I can mod it and make a proper game out of it, goddam what a retarded fucking dev. Life's pretty miserable, but who fucking cares.
>>716432398Might want to start some light jogging before going straight to lifting. Doing a 20 minute morning jog cured my back pain and eternal "crazy legs" once I did it for a few weeks. I won't lie to you though - the start is awful. Push through it. You will wish your legs didn't exist.
>>716432426Right now it is extremely basic and topdeck-heavy.
It basically plays like vanilla Hearthstone, you want to play on curve and """try""" (really heavy emphasis on try, since there's really not that many ways of drawing cards right now till next xpac, and most cards that draw cards have some conditional in them)
But from all my years playing TCGs, I see a very strong foundation on how the game is played right now and what systems were put in place to avoid it going to shit right away, and honestly you do get to use your brain during the mid-late game since right now it is all about value trading and board control.
Also, the card quality is nice and the art is pretty good!
>>716432903""Try"" to draw your good mechs and pilots to play both at the same time
Brain fart.
>>716432625>back painDoes it really? That'd be nice, I always thought back pain was a sort of boomer joke but recently it hit me pretty bad after stretching and now I wake up in the middle of the night after a couple of hours and can't sleep because of how bad my back hurts when sleeping on either my back or my stomach, it's been going on for weeks, though I feel fine when sitting during the day.
Also what are the "crazy legs"?
>>716432987Crazy legs covers a few different things, but people either generally have one of the following:
- random muscle spasms in their thighs (can last for hours)
- restless, cramped leg muscles that make you want to constantly move / stretch them (but it never helps)
My legs were always like this. Painful days of cramping followed by days of spasms. I was exercising, but not doing nearly enough for my legs. I'm a hungry skeleton so apparently this is extremely common for my body type. I wish I had known how to solve it like 20 years ago.
>>716433302i sometimes get that when i walk or bike too long
i now take magnesium pills daily and it eliminated 95% of the twitching and cramping
>>716433495Interesting. I may look into that as well. The jogging keeps it mostly under wraps for me but can't hurt to check it out.
>>716414450 (OP)>What games are you playing?we love katamari, stellar blade ng+, homm3 (hota sucks and I wish there was a version with just QoL), trying to play mh wilds but struggling on character customization

Remake the thread without this bit you social media using fucking faggot, I'm so tired of retards treating this place like a blogpost to whine about their gay obnoxious normalfag lives. It's ruined the Friday Night threads.
>>716436875(You) are the tourist here, 30+ threads have always had that as a feature. Notice how not everyone responds with that part? It is up to you how you respond (or not) to a thread, you fucking idiot.
