AFAIK the schedule is all jumbled up from how events were released on DMM so the best anyone can do is see which ones haven't been run yet and presume that the earlier ones will still be used first. I don't play the DMM version but you could check doax.cc which lists the released suits by date

Trial and error mostly. Like the other DOAnon said, some poses will allow them to move closer together, others further apart. See what combinations work. Try angled shots from next to the closer girl which can make the farther girl look closer than she is. Focusing on the far girl and then moving so the near girl is between you allows for super close-ups on the near girl beyond what you can get by focusing on that girl directly.
