They are, you just cherry pick and focus on the ones that arent because they are the more popular games. Now if you want to ask "why dont popular games contain this" its because AAA games are made by mega corps who have to appease the whims of twitter mobs, their own employees, etc etc, who dont want that. But there are plenty of indie games with characters like this.

they are in asia because the men still make the games
in america and europe the "women" make their games and feminists run their HR departments which are 50% of the studio budget

There has never been more porn games, ever. 2009 was absolutely a far more "tame" time in video game history and you need to do serious cherry picking to claim otherwise
