Persona 5 is more similar to E33 than Metaphor is. But if you want a non-Atlus game, then Final Fantasy X has a similar combat system to E33.

I made it to first boss and quit. I normally preorder Digital Deluxe versions of Atlus games, glad I didn't. Hulkenberg's flat ass saved me from preordering it.
