The "dungeons" in persona are subpar and kind of a backdrop for the persona collecting and fusing autism.
Tartarus was Meh, the TV world was meh. Mementos only exists to pad the game and grind and the palaces are surprisingly small and seemingly intended to be done in a single day even if this ruins the entire pacing of the game because it always leaves you with at least two weeks of nothing to do but social links
