It's not even a matter of might makes right. There's loads of questlines and factions with little combat where they're effectively just asking the player permission to succeed. You show up and they tell you they're doomed without your assistance and you choose to set them right or not.

The world itself is already yours to command, every other choice is also but that abdicating the reins of power. All endings are yes man endings, basically. You just become a yes man for someone else.

Wild card is the only option that makes sense. Every other ending is you working for everyone else. You are the one doing everything, you're the only person who is able to get shit done. Everyone else sits around with their thumb up their ass commanding you around, but they either can't or refuse to do anything themselves.

Legion is actually the ones that makes you act the most submissive. Fucking Caesar is always trying to assert dominance in every conversation you have with him.

Any choice but the Legion is a good one if you do all the right or logical choices in game.

Independent ending is just you taking the reigns instead of Mr house. Depending on how you make your character that could either be better or worse. Probably better because Mr house is genuinely retarded with how he has barely any securitrons to protect him should you betray him. And he's completely physically incapable of doing anything he needs done. You on the other hand are the person doing everything

I'll give you that. But that being said Caesar sees the qualities of leadership in the courier that none of the other options see. If you chose the legion then the courier gets a coin made with their face on it. So the courier is clearly valuable in the end should you side with them. Legion is my second option after wild card
