It's a great controller. Probably the best one with the troglodyte stick placement.

Maybe in the future
Right now it doesn't out of the box, and you need some very inconvenient and buggy whack ass plugin to make it somewhat work

It's very fucking stupid, i'd be using it as my main controller on PC if it had steam support

This is why I said youtubers who are victory waving that $80 games don't sell but misinterpret the circana data or Outer worlds 2 dropping to $70 doesn't make sense. They'll pay the $80 price depending on who it's from. If you don't have the brand recognition then of course nobody would pay the higher price for games.

This is what always baffled me as Easter European.
At the absolute Zenith of our poverty in today terms a PC would cost 4-6 wages. A console would cost 2 wages. Games would cost 1/5th your wage.
People would be earning 200~300€ a month and good PCs would cost 1000€ to 1500€.
Consoles would cost a whole wage. PS3 2 wages.
And people still fucking bought them. Imagine if a PS5 cost 2000€. Imagine if games where 200€ each.
Thats the level we're talking at.
And people think shit won't sell just because of the price?

Isn't it pretty well documented that entertainment specifically is one of the things people will pay almost anything for? It's kind of telling about the human race and the world at large if you think about it. Everybody needs a new distraction always.

I just don't know what you mean when you say 'sturdy' or how you could possibly apply it to the pro controller, they're comfortable sure but they creak like hell and the sticks drift. How is that sturdy? Not to sound like a smash smelly but the GC controller is an example of something actually sturdy. I would go so far as to say that every xbox controller (except Elite) is sturdier than the Pro controller, DS4 as well. I haven't tried a dualsense yet.

I never really put much thought into it since I haven't had a Nintendo console in years, but holy shit it's scummy as fuck. I'm realizing that ever since the Wii, Nintendo has been making dog shit default controllers with an extreme lack of ergonomics just so they can sell you the superior and more comfortable Pro controller.

Eh on the Wii at least you could argue that they wanted people to actually make games that used the systems entire reason for existing. Because without the motion controls the Wii is literally just a Gamecube with extra ram. The Switch though, yeah no excuse.
