The "possibly hostile alien threat" is just another interstellar object like Oumuamua with a weird trajectory and all they're saying is that if it was hypothetically a spacecraft then it would be able to change it's trajectory enough to stay in our solar system and maybe later strike Earth.
But the thing is, there's a limitless number of rocks floating around in space so it makes sense that one would eventually come around with a strange trajectory. Or this is could just be some Project Blue Beam psyop that they'll use to push for a one-world government.
