For minors and unverified users everything has to be set-up with a privacy-by-default mindset. And things like invasive personalized advertising efforts, exposure to and corresponding with unpredictible AI agents, as well as UI and interaction design that invites continued 24/7 use, are forbidden.
THAT'S why X is dropping the bomb also in the EU. And they're doing it NOW, so it can correlate with the UK Online Safety Act (which mostly IS about porn) and that any outrage and pushback against it will not occur, because if you speak up about it - you're branded a pedo degenerate sexual deviant.
