Chapter 1 was about learning about the previous party
Chapter 2 is learning about Dess
Chapter 3 was about Kris and Dess's relationship and how her dissapearance broke the Dreemurs/Holidays.
Chapter 4 is about learning further about Dess and how dead people can still manifest in dark fountains.
Chapter 5 will be about learning what Asgore did and how it led to Dess's death.
Chapter 6 is the Gaster chapter, won't be unlocked until the player replays older chapters in the order of 1,2, 2 again with changes then 5.
Chapter 7 is the reveal of Kris being the knight, the reason of him opening up dark fountains being strenghtening the soul enough so
> 1) The dark fountain Dess is in can expand so it swallows up all of Hometown so Dess can go out of the shelter again.
> 2) Strenghtening the soul so that it can shine bright enough for two people to be seen: Dess, and Gaster, Dess to Kris can reach her again, and Gaster so Kris can get him the Deltarune as part of their contract in exchange for the soul.
The entire game is about unraveling mysteries, and how mysteries get uninteresting when unveiled.
Some things, such as Gaster will be permanently remain mysteries to an extend, the point of Gaster is the dark, the mystery, the speculation, the unknown, he, will never truly be shown, even if the soul shines to its maximum capacity.
Ralsei is the only party that wants to fulfill the prophecy, he is dying, and making room for Asriel in chapter 7.

The end of the prophecy is the human sacrifice.
Previous party was King, Carol, and the human.
The human was sacrificed.
The Deltarune prophecy is cyclical.
After beating chapter 5, changes with happen to chapters 1,2, and 5.
In chapter 1, Lancer will replace Ralsei if the player loses the Lancer/Susie fight on purpose.
In chapter 2, you will be able not only to replace Susie with Noëlle for even longer than normal, but also agree with Berdly with creating a new dark fountain and thus antagonizing Ralsei.
3 and 5 remain untouched, don't know how 5 gets altered yet.

/utg/ is better considered a 24/7 discord raid, which is to say it is a containment for those parts of the fandom who havn't been exiled to /trash/, you may think /v/ threads can be bad - and be correct at times - but it will never, ever be as bad as other places of the Undertale/Deltarune fandom because despite everything, there may be talk about the games here
